Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team at Raising Solutions. In this role, you will lead the visual direction of our brand and client projects, producing high-quality design work across digital and print channels. You will work closely with marketing, development, and client-facing teams to deliver compelling visual content that drives engagement and communicates our clients' stories effectively.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to mentor junior designers and contribute to shaping the overall creative strategy of the business.

Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• - Lead the design and production of visual assets across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• - Create and maintain brand identity guidelines for Raising Solutions and its clients, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• - Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative for campaigns and product launches
• - Design print materials including brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional collateral to a professional standard
• - Take ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery, managing timelines and communicating progress to stakeholders
• - Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, supporting their professional growth
• - Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively
• - Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team
• - Manage and organise design assets, templates, and file libraries to ensure efficient team workflows
• - Support video editing and motion graphics production where required for social media and digital campaigns

Requirements:

• - Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar senior creative role, with a strong and diverse portfolio
• - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or After Effects
• - Solid understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout principles across both digital and print media
• - Experience designing for digital channels including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), websites, and email marketing
• - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative decisions to non-design stakeholders
• - Experience working within brand guidelines and the ability to develop and evolve brand identities
• - Familiarity with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools is highly desirable
• - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working alongside web developers is an advantage
• - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline, or equivalent professional experience
